Aldavina Dos Santos is an experienced attorney dedicated to serving her community with integrity and compassion. She is licensed to practice law in both Tennessee and the District of Columbia. A former U.S. Army Judge Advocate, she held multiple legal roles including Legal Assistance Attorney, Special Victims’ Counsel, Military Justice Advisor and Trial Counsel at Fort Bragg in North Carolina, and Defense Counsel at Fort Campbell in Kentucky. Prior to her military service, she practiced criminal defense at The Working Law Firm in Memphis, Tennessee.

Attorney Dos Santos earned her Bachelor of Science in Religious Education from Oakwood University in Huntsville, AL. While in college, she served as a missionary in Kamagut, Kenya, and taught English in São José dos Campos, Brazil. She later taught as both a religious educator in private school, and in public school as an ELA teacher in Memphis, Tennessee. Attorney Dos Santos later earned her juris doctor degree from Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law.
